Customer Satisfaction / Support Policy Guidelines  

1)     Top executive management of eBuy Discount Sales will communicate to the organization the importance of meeting customer requirements on a frequent basis.

2)     Customer requirements of eBuy Discount Sales are determined, refined, and met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.

3)     eBuy Discount Sales has established and maintains a process for customers to give feedback on eBuy Discount Sales's performance.

4)     Top executive management of eBuy Discount Sales will review and consider customer feedback on a frequent basis. In general, eBuy Discount Sales requires all departments and functions that deal with and represent customers to be involved in the ongoing development and implementation of eBuy Discount Sales's Customer Satisfaction and Support Policy.  These include but are not limited t  marketing, sales, customer service, delivery, billing and servicing.  These functions must develop effective methods and processes, document them in procedures, and maintain records of their activities.

Implementation of the above includes:

  1. Revising existing contract review procedures and/or developing new procedures to document the processes for identification of customer requirements,
  2. Developing and maintaining procedures for measuring customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, which may incorporate or reference the existing procedure for customer complaints,
  3. Developing procedures and work instructions defining arrangements for communication with customers in matters pertaining to product information, order handling, customer complaints and customer feedback,
  4. Establishing programs for creating awareness of customer requirements and the importance of meeting these requirements,
  5. Developing measures to ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and converted into specific requirements.  A written procedure is not explicitly required, but there must be a means of demonstrating conformance.

    • Any product found, upon receipt, to be defective in terms of Quality or Workmanship may be returned, postage paid, for a like replacement. Please NOTE: This policy may be modified for certain promotional offers.
  • For All items transferred by customer download.
    • Upon receipt of payment, a download URL will be provided by eMail.
    • There is therefore NO refund, return, or exchange for these items.
    • If you should fail to receive the URL eMail in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will remail it!
  • For All hardware items.
    • PLEASE NOTE !! Insure that the product is exactly what you want, and that you understand exactly what you are buying (contact seller via eMail with questions) !!
    • Refund will ONLY be issued for defective products, determined solely by examination by seller upon receipt of returned product.
    • If it is, in fact, defective, a FULL refund (including shipping BOTH ways) will be issued. If necessary, please return product in original or equivalent packaging, by same (or LESS expensive) shipping method as received (seller will reimburse buyer for NO more than original shipping cost).
    • If the returned product IS NOT defective, it will be up to the buyer to decide, at THEIR expense, what they would like done with the product.
  • 15% re-stocking fee for damaged or missing-item returns.
  • We regret any inconvenience caused to you. All of our products are tested prior to shipment.

Information Collection and Use ** eBuy Discount Sales and Sales is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. eBuy Discount Sales and Sales collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

In order for some types of users to fully take advantage of our web site, the user must first complete registration forms. Security ** This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

Special Offers ** We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.

Site and Service Updates ** We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information ** If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support.

Choice/Opt-out ** Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. eBuy Discount Sales Security Policy  

Objective: eBuy Discount Sales recognizes that information is an organizational asset, and eBuy Discount Sales will create security measures and assign responsibilities to protect this asset from loss, theft, and unauthorized modification or disclosure. All security measures must conform to established Total Logistics Consulting policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Scope: eBuy Discount Sales's security measures apply to all organization-owned information, either physical or electronic. All regular and contract employees must comply with these security measures.

Responsibilities: Every eBuy Discount Sales employee is responsible for safeguarding eBuy Discount Sales information and the physical assets that store this information. Every eBuy Discount Sales employee is also responsible for using computing resources in an effective, ethical, and lawful manner. The Information Services (IS) department heads the security committee and maintains Total Logistics Consulting's security measures. Each department manager will assign one person to be a member of the security committee. All security measures must be approved by the committee, the IS manager, and the eBuy Discount Sales Director.

Physical Security: Adequate physical security measures must provide for the protection of human resources, physical and logical assets, and sensitive applications and data. Department managers must protect all hardware assigned to their department. The IS department must protect all hardware not assigned to a particular department.

Network Security: The IS department must assess the risks to eBuy Discount Sales information from network, remote, and Internet connections and must implement cost-effective security measures to protect eBuy Discount Sales information. All users must be granted their own user account on the eBuy Discount Sales network. Users must select a secure password and must not divulge that password to anyone.

Software Security: Commercial software must be used in accordance with licensing agreements and copyright law. Noncommercial and personal commercial software should not be installed on eBuy Discount Sales computers unless approved by the IS department. In addition, employees should not download software from the Internet without express permission from the IS department.

Disaster Contingency Plan: Each department must maintain a disaster contingency plan and submit that plan to the IS department. At a minimum, all eBuy Discount Sales information must be backed up weekly, and all mission-critical information must be backed up daily.

Acceptable Use Policy: eBuy Discount Sales information and resources generally should be used only for business purposes. Incidental personal use is permitted, providing it does not consume more than a trivial amount of resources and does not interfere with employee productivity or eBuy Discount Sales business functions.  Employees should not misuse their Internet privileges by downloading large files for personal use. Any questions about acceptable use will be resolved by the security committee. The security committee must maintain and frequently update a Total Logistics Consulting acceptable use policy and distribute this policy to all users.

Security Awareness: Department managers must ensure that all employees in their department are aware of, have access to, and comply with eBuy Discount Sales's security measures. The IS department must provide security-awareness training for all new employees.

Compliance: In the event that a eBuy Discount Sales employee violates any of eBuy Discount Sales's  security measures, eBuy Discount Sales may restrict that employee's use of computing services, terminate the employee, and/or report the employee to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
